After some minor water damage due to water tank spilling over in attic a decorator is needed (VAT registered at insurance companies request).
Needs to repaint ceiling in kitchen to cover up water stains.
Needs to fix ceiling in bedroom which may need completely replacing (currently polystyrene tiles but can be replaced with paper).
Budget is set as £1000 but unsure of cost, insurance claim though so cost not an issue.
