Every time a hot water tap is turned on there is a vibration on the water pipes causing a continual 'foghorn' sound. If the cold water tap is then turned on the sound subsides slightly but as soon as the cold is turned off the 'foghorn' returns. I have felt the pipes going into the water tank it it is the cold water pipes that is vibrating. Please help!
