Vinyl Floor Repair and other jobs

My vinyl floor has a tear which has need to be patched up, i.e a piece of new vinyl need to be wielded in. I will supply vinyl and adhevise. I have also have a leaky tap that require a new faucet. We also have a 40" TV and unit at a different site that will require wall mounting. I will supply wall mount and unit. If the successful Handyman does a good job and live locally and is skilled. They can expect a steady stream of big and small job from me.
