Water flow has slowed down in upstarirs bathroom, Wootton Bassett, swindon

Over the past few months the water flow has slowed right down in my bathroom (Upstairs). Also there appears to be air in the water from the bath. The water flow is now so slow from the sink it fails to activate the combination boiler. Downstairs water pressure is fine. One plumber has said my taps may have resrtictors fitted, the bathroom was fitted last year. Not sure if I agree with this as the problem appears to be worsening.
