Weeding and general clenaing of neglected garden

This is a semi detached house with a neglected garden of about 20 sq metres and one flower bed on the path leading to the back garden. The job that needs to be done is to weed the pavement and the flower bed and well as the garden. Then a general grass cutting of the green area available plus some general maintenance work so the garden can be kept easily after that. The tools would have to be provided by the gardener.
