Hot water pipes in the lounge need boxing in. This requires a floor to ceiling box. I will paint afterwards. Height 270cm x Width 35cm x Depth 20cm Skirting need finishing in 3 areas around the room. The lengths have been cut to size but need attaching/finishing. The skirting may be a bit awkward due to the plastering behind. A tiny bit of plastering/filing may be needed. This is a rented house and I am the tentant but agreed to sort these bits out myself after some shoddy DIY. If you quote for the labour I will sort the materials out. Thanks
