Worcester 24i RSF Combi Boiler fan making loud noise and hot water keeps cutting out

Our Worcester 24i RSF Combi Boiler has started making a loud noise. It is definitely the fan as it screeches sometimes (But not all) and then when it cuts out you can hear it slowing down. Also the hot water has started taking longer to come through and then when it does it is sometimes intermitent. I took the front off the boiler and the flame keeps going out and reigniting itself.
